Welcome to our store! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Our store specializes in women's clothing, including tops, bottoms, swimwear, fashion accessories, and footwear. We also offer spa services, with clients able to book directly through each aesthetician's website.

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account on our website. If you encounter any issues with your account, please contact us at orders@adlcouture.com for assistance.

3. PROFESSIONAL ONLY POLICY

We operate as a professional-only wholesaler. Proof of certification or business ownership must be provided to make purchases. Please email your proof to orders@adlcouture.com.

4. BACKORDER POLICY

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, some items may be out of stock due to high demand or vendor delays. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or the option to backorder the item.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original tags and receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If the desired style/size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- Final sale items: Jewelry, swimwear, socks, candles, hair accessories, dog items, spa/beauty products, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards expire 6 months from the purchase date.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

- All purchases are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Processing time is 2-3 business days, not including shipping time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the zip code and weight during checkout.

To return or exchange a product, please email orders@adlcouture.com. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returns are processed as store credit.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We may modify or cancel our services or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
